If its Immoral its Unlawful
thou
shalt not kill, steal or lie
i.e. murder, coerce, extort, counterfeit, defraud, perjure
For if we sin willfully after we have received
the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for
sins,

US Constitution: Article XIII - Section 1.
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude,
except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been
duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place
subject to their jurisdiction.
Valid law is immutable, it's black and white,
and needs no paid interpreter. Only forgiveness is gray.
Dedicated to the
men and women of the United States of America who have given so
much of themselves in support of our constitution and the rights
of human beings. To those who have fought to uphold the
spirit of the law in the face of those traitorous leaders who
have broken their oath to all the people, in favor of the
special interests who pay them. And above all to those who
focus on fundamental issues of right and wrong against the din
of vocal well-financed self-serving agitators seeking the latest
gratuitous bureaucratic handout disguised to help you, correct
some grievous wrong or support your individual right or vital
commercial interest to only champion their ever swelling purse.
Today nearly 60% of the "employed" work for government and have
the right to vote. The rest of us to a lesser extent but no less
immoral, participate in fraudulent credit and tax schemes
against our neighbors both domestic and foreign and wonder
incredulously why we will retire, like 97% of the population, in
poverty. In the mid-90's Burien's
publicity about the extraordinary liquid assets
divulged on the
CAFR statements
and the fact that
the top 5 to 7 employers in any state were government
forced subsequent statements to only show the top ten "private"
employers. Cover up? Conspiracy? A bully in plain
sight?
Greed is indeed boundless and our ability to rationalize our
theft from others and even our children is seemingly infinite.
Americans? Where are the Americans? Is there one in a
1000? We have all become bankers lending 10 times the deposits
of those who have produced. We have been sucked in and have
become greedy collectivist all vying to get ours now, no matter
what we must do, no matter how we rationalize our actions or
frankly inactions. How could a government of, by and for
the people do this? Perhaps the answer is as simple as
truth; as simple as right and wrong. Perhaps we have a
government of, by and for corporations. Governance of, by
and for fictitious
paper entities not human beings. A government of, by and for
evil. A government of convoluted legalisms to protect the
immoral and criminal not real flesh and blood human beings who
wish nothing more than to be left alone. After all it is a legal
precept that if a "law" requires interpretation it is no law at
all. It is void. If
America is such a pillar of light as propagandists continue to claim
in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary then
why are not our jails overflowing with the clergy and moral
majority?
What is the most
important thing you can do to reverse the destruction of a people
who once strove for freedom? First educate yourself.
Truly ponder and
understand the meaning of Liberty. Not the convenient portrayal of
most politicians, judges and big business. Not an idealist’s
version, but the practical application of Freedom that would provide
abundance for all, not just those holding the proverbial
gun. Understand whether it is mob rule, a monarchy or a
democracy, governance by
force in any form is immoral.
It does not matter how inviting, well presented and convincingly
appropriate it seems, the question simply is, is it moral for
someone to assert their will upon you? Does power make it right?
Slavery is a crime whether Lord Clarkston is your master, the State of
Delaware or the United States.
Study the constitution
(its only a few pages) and know your fundamental rights. Don't be
duped, valid law requires no interpretation, that which requires the
opinion of George today and Mary tomorrow is not law and is wholly
void. If the Constitution were open to "interpretation" then
it wouldn't be worth the paper it is written on. Every word, its
punctuation is as it should be and if it demands interpretation must
be thrown out and re-written. The only way the Constitution may be
"interpreted" is by amendment! You are a co-equal master over this
government not its subject and you certainly may not be compelled to
participate in criminal behavior. Your allegiance is first to
God (your moral code), your family, then to our common law
constitution, before any other. Under the constitution you the juror
are the judge, not the person holding the gavel. If the person with
the gavel was the judge why are you there? If the judge manipulates
the proceedings it is
criminal, only the jury has
such rights. It is supposed to be a trial by jury not by judge!
A single
juror
has the obligation to overturn any law or penalty he or she finds
abhorrent.
Always
take a moral stance. Whether you believe God or not, make your
stand on moral grounds. Is it right? Not just for Americans but all
human beings and their progeny?
Any law that supports an immoral proposition is void on its face.
Remember Nuremberg? Taking orders doesn't cut it.
Understand the simple
issues first. Try to boil down the complex problems into its
constituent parts. The economy for instance is always made out to be
a huge imponderable that must be managed. But why? For who's
benefit? Ask yourself; can prices rise in a competitive economy? The
answer you will discover is no. Only in a manipulated, contrived,
monopolistic economy can prices rise. When then was the last time,
since the formation of the
fourth
central bank, have prices gone down?
Life like most things is confusing and seemingly complex until you
understand it. Therefore I implore you to learn all that you can and
take up this crusade before our greedy, unlawful and immoral
government and its conspirators deprive all but themselves the right
of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Will they beckon
first our financial ruin again, another world war or just settle for
another civil war? Look around you. The handwriting is not only on
the wall but in the
federal register as well.

Who are the greatest traitors?
A partial list of Traitors
to the Constitution and to humanity.
Government by the
highest bidder?
Always follow the money. Is more the
solution? More police, more electronic security, more
development. More money thrown down bottomless pits has done
nothing but propel us into a ever increasing downward spiral. |

Social and economic stability exist
only in diversity & competition yet our government like
those of the past has conspired against those it is sworn to
protect.
"When I heard we were
locked in a war on terror, I thought, ‘Oh, good, maybe when we’ve
conquered terror, we can take on disappointment, or perhaps
lethargy’."
--- Judge Lee R. West
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to
purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
--- Benjamin Franklin
“If some among you
fear taking a stand because you are afraid of reprisals...
recognize that
you are just feeding the crocodile hoping he’ll eat you last.”

"The Constitution... meant that its
coordinate branches should be checks on each other. But the opinion
which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are
constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own
sphere of action but for the Legislature and Executive also in their
spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch."
--Thomas Jefferson to Abigail Adams, 1804. ME 11:51

(In the
beginning even the Supreme Court was a lawful
court with a jury of peers, not a jury of
judges)

Of all the enemies to
public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded, because it
comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of
armies; from these proceed debts and taxes; and armies, and debts, and
taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the
domination of the few. In war, too, the discretionary power of the
Executive is extended; its influence in dealing out offices, honors, and
emoluments is multiplied; and all the means of seducing the minds, are
added to those of subduing the force, of the people.... [There is also
an] inequality of fortunes, and the opportunities of fraud, growing out
of a state of war, and degeneracy of manners and of morals. No nation
could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.
--- James Madison, "Political Observations" [
April 20, 1795]
US
foreign aid has been tremendously impoverishing because it has
maintained many bad politicians in power. In effect, transfers from poor
taxpayers in the rich countries to the rich elites in poor
countries—as Lord Peter Bauer used to call foreign aid—has enabled
Latin American leaders to implement social welfare policies which poor
countries cannot afford. Money-dispensing aid organizations have also
been responsible for inspiring much harmful intervention in industry and
commerce.
